Wine and sea - The region
The idyllic Château Le Juge is located directly in the famous Sauternais, about 40 kilometers from Bordeaux and St. Emilion. There is a bakery in town, as well as a small grocery store and restaurants.
Several antique stores and winemakers with wine tasting offers are within walking distance. The famous Château de Cazeneuve, Château la Brede, Château de Malle and Château d’Yquem are only a few minutes drive away.
Langon, the next bigger town, can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Here are also all the major stores. Friday is market day in Langon and Saturday in Bazas. Golfers can play on an 18 hole golf course http://www.golf-des-graves.com/ 10 km away. The nearby river Ciron is a paradise for canoeists, the canoe rental is located in the neighboring village.
The Atlantic Ocean is about an hour away. Archachon with the dune of Pilat followed by a visit to the beach a must for any trip here.
Château Le Juge - Appelation Sauternes
Château Le Juge is surrounded by the vineyard of the same name. The
Sauternes wine is produced today by the neighboring winemaker from Château D’Armajan des Ormes.
The winemaker is happy to offer a guided tour and wine tasting.

The flat
Spacious holiday flat of approx. 100 m² in the south wing of a historic estate whose roots go back to the 15th century.
With whirlpool, parking space and private garden.
The living space
The high-quality furnished flat has two bedrooms for two persons each on the upper floor (one bed 160×200 bed, 2 beds 90×200). Bathroom with large, ground-level shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave.
Wifi is free of charge.
TV, radio and Bluetooth speakers are available.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning products are included.
2 additional guests can stay on the pull-out couch.
We are happy to provide a baby cot and high chair if required.
There is homemade jam for the guests.
The exterior
Situated directly on the vineyard is the private garden with wooden terrace and barbecue corner.
Garden furniture for sitting and loungers with the appropriate cushions are available.
There is a jacuzzi for max. 5 persons.

Booking and cancellation conditions
Booking conditions
A deposit of 25% of the tour price is due at the time of booking. We
accept bank transfers as a means of payment and cash payment on site as
well as any credit and ec card.
On arrival, the visitor’s tax is also shown separately on the invoice and charged. This must also be paid on arrival.
Cancellation policy
Travellers who cancel at least 14 days before arrival will be refunded 100% of the amount paid so far. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival, they will receive 50% back. Otherwise they will not receive a refund.
Deposit
A deposit of 200 EUR is payable on arrival. Refund within 7 days after departure.
